The Ubiquitous Chip

Since opening 40 years ago we have naturally endeavoured to break down the inane formalities of top-end dining, preferring instead to concentrate on the joy of eating, drinking and living. The Chip has one of the most exciting Scottish Wine Lists, containing over 300 specially selected wines.

Our courtyard dining room is one of the most endearing magical spaces in Glasgow. A fine dining menu is on offer in the restaurant and a lighter brasserie menu in the various bars, mezzanine and roof terrace

Complementing our wine list we have a vast array of whiskies and intriguing spirits. After 30 years of serving draught Furstenberg as our house pilsner, we would cause civil unrest if we were ever to de-list it.

The Ubiquitous Chip Restaurant Glasgow regularly hosts special events throughout the year allowing the opportunity to sample a wide range of cuisines, wines and cultures.

Within this culture fine dining could never be a sombre affair.
